Yes, creating an account is completely free. laulr only takes a 15% platform fee when you earn money from your content. There are no monthly fees, no setup costs, and no charges until you make a sale.
You can publish written articles, how-to guides, business playbooks, personal finance content, productivity systems, tutorials, research reports, and PDF documents. Content must be original, provide real value to readers, and comply with our community guidelines.
No. laulr has its own built-in discovery system where readers browse and find content. You do not need an existing audience to start earning. Many creators make their first sale within days of publishing their first piece.
Instead of selling permanent access or subscriptions, laulr uses a pay-per-session model. You set a price and a session duration (e.g. $2.99 for 30 minutes). When a reader purchases, they get timed access to your content. This model works well for high-value content where readers pay a fair price for the time they spend.
Creators keep 85% of every sale. laulr takes a 15% platform fee to cover payment processing, hosting, and platform operations. For example, if you price a session at $5.00, you earn $4.25 per sale.
Readers pay securely through PayPal. Payments are processed instantly and your earnings are credited to your laulr balance immediately after each successful transaction.
You can request a payout to your PayPal account at any time once you reach the minimum payout threshold. Payouts are typically processed within 1-3 business days. There is no waiting period or monthly payout schedule.
Yes. You can publish both free and premium content. Free content is a great strategy for building an audience and driving readers toward your paid content.
Yes, you can edit your content title, description, pricing, session duration, and thumbnail at any time from your creator dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.
laulr supports written text content created directly in the platform editor, as well as PDF file uploads. Both formats are fully supported with the pay-per-session access model.
You control this. You can optionally enable PDF downloads at a separate price. If you disable downloads, readers can only access your content during their paid session.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, the amount is deducted from your creator balance. We have clear refund policies to protect both creators and readers.
